Quotes that go out the same day
Jobs are won by whoever quotes first — and lost by the quote that never went out. Grafta gets a professional, itemised quote from your head to the customer's phone in under a minute, then tells you what happened to it.
Build it in the van, not at midnight
Speak the job to the AI assistant or type it into the builder — line items, quantities, your prices, VAT per line at 13.5%, 23% or 0%. Saved line items keep your standard rates (day rate, callout, service) one tap away, so repeat quoting is nearly instant.
Your name on it, literally
Every quote goes out as a branded PDF with your logo, business details and VAT number — including during the free trial. It looks like it came from a company, because it did: yours.
Customers accept — or answer — with one tap
Send an accept-online link by WhatsApp or email. The customer opens it in their browser — no app to install, no account to create — sees every line with your branding, and taps Accept. Can't go ahead? They can decline with a reason, or ask you a question, from the same link. Either way you're notified in the app and by email straight away, and an acceptance is recorded with the date, time and their name. No PDF ping-pong, no "did you get my quote?" calls — and no more silence that might mean anything.
State the deposit up front
Put your deposit terms on the quote itself — "25% books the job" — and the customer sees it on the PDF and on the accept page before they say yes. Once they accept, one tap raises the deposit invoice at exactly that percentage, and the final invoice automatically bills only the balance. Nobody gets surprised, and nobody gets double-charged.
No quote left behind
The quotes list shows exactly what's waiting for a reply and how long it's been waiting, and the money view shows your quote funnel at a glance — sent, acceptance rate, what's been opened but not answered, and what was declined and why. When one goes quiet, Grafta nudges you in the app with a polite follow-up message already written — send it yourself by WhatsApp in one tap. And when a quote is accepted, it becomes a job — and later an invoice with the same lines — without retyping a thing.
Good questions
Do my customers need the app to accept a quote?
No. You send a link — they open it in their browser, see the itemised quote with your branding, and tap Accept. The acceptance is recorded with date, time and their name, and you're notified immediately.
Can I put different VAT rates on one quote?
Yes — every line carries its own rate (13.5%, 23% or 0%), so reduced-rate labour and standard-rate materials sit correctly on the same quote. That also makes the two-thirds rule easy to check before you send.
What happens when a customer doesn't reply?
Grafta shows you which quotes are still waiting and nudges you with a prewritten follow-up message you can send by WhatsApp in a tap. The follow-up comes from you, from your number — Grafta never contacts your customers itself.
Can a customer say no, or ask something, from the quote link?
Yes. The same link carries "Can't go ahead?" — they decline with an optional reason — and "Ask a question", which lands with you in the app and by email. A known no stops the wasted follow-ups, and the reasons build up into real insight about why jobs are lost.
How much does Grafta cost?
