The work that comes back, handled
Boiler services, alarm checks, gutter cleans — the jobs that come round every year are also the easiest to forget, and every one you forget is money and a customer you quietly lose. Set it up once in Grafta: it drops the next job onto your schedule ahead of time and gives you a nudge, so the repeat work chases itself instead of you.

Set it once, it repeats
Tell Grafta the job, the customer and how often it comes round — every year, every quarter, every few weeks. That's it. From then on it counts down to the next one for you, so a service contract you agreed in January is still remembered in December.
The next job appears before it's due
A few days ahead of each due date — you choose how many — Grafta creates the next job as a draft on your schedule and emails you a reminder. You confirm it, book the day and off you go. Nothing is sent to the customer and no invoice goes out on its own: you're always the one who presses go.
Repeat customers, kept
The tradesperson who remembers to ring about this year's service is the one who keeps the customer. Grafta remembers for you, so your best recurring work stops leaking out the bottom while you're busy with the next big job.
Good questions
Does it contact my customer automatically?
No. Grafta creates the next job on your own schedule and reminds you — it never emails or messages your customer. When you're ready, you reach out and book it in the usual way.
Can I change how far ahead the job appears?
Yes — set how many days before the due date the draft job should land, so it fits how you plan your weeks. A week ahead is the default.
What happens to the jobs it creates?
They land as normal draft jobs on your schedule — reschedule, price, complete and invoice them exactly like any other job. You can pause or delete a recurring plan any time, and jobs already created stay put.
