No. Recordings are transcribed and then the audio is deleted — only the text transcript is kept. You can read, edit or delete transcripts like any other note.
Can a voice note turn into a job or a quote?
Yes — Grafta suggests the action it thinks you want (create a job, draft a quote, add a customer note) and shows you exactly what it will create. Nothing happens until you approve it.
What's the difference between voice notes and the AI Quote Assistant?
