How do I know when someone has paid?
Bank transfers arrive with the invoice number as the reference (it's shown on the invoice page beside your IBAN), so matching them is easy — then you mark the invoice paid. If the customer taps "I've paid this" on their invoice link, you get an email straight away so you know to check the account.
Can I see everyone who owes me money in one place?
Yes — the money view lists every outstanding invoice by age, with totals. It's the who-owes-me-what picture that normally lives in your head, except accurate.
