How it works
Open the assistant, talk, and watch the quote assemble itself: customer matched from your records (or created if they're new), labour and materials split into separate lines, prices where you said them. Nothing is saved until you've looked at the draft and confirmed it — you're always the last word. If a line's wrong, edit it like any other quote; if a line's missing, add it by voice or by hand.

VAT handled per line
Every line on the draft carries its own VAT rate — 13.5%, 23% or 0% — so labour on a property and separately-supplied materials each sit at the right rate on the same quote. Because labour and materials come out as separate lines, sanity-checking the two-thirds rule before you send takes a glance, not a spreadsheet.
From draft to accepted
Once you've reviewed the draft, send it as a branded PDF or an accept-online link by WhatsApp or email. The customer opens the link in their browser — no app, no account — sees every line, and taps Accept. The acceptance is recorded with the date, time and their name, and you're notified in the app and by email the moment it happens.

Does it actually understand Irish accents?
Yes — that's the point of it. It's built and tested for Irish accents, Irish first names and surnames, Irish townlands and estates, and spoken prices like "three-twenty a day". You talk normally; it keeps up.
What if it gets something wrong?
Nothing is saved or sent without you. The assistant shows you the draft — customer, lines, prices, VAT — and you review it before anything happens. Fix a line, change a price, or scrap it entirely. You're checking its work, not the other way round.
Can I still type quotes the normal way?
Of course — the full quote builder is there whenever you'd rather type, and you can mix the two: speak the bones of the quote, then tidy the details by hand.
